Backgammon Masters is reasonably new software was only launched recently into the backgammon market. Backgammon Masters is a compact and user friendly backgammon server. In my eyes I don't believe it to be a threat the more established servers such as Gammon Empire or Play 65 at this time but it could one day challenge the market leaders as the site is improving daily.

 

Features, Games and Graphics

The Backgammon Masters software is simple and easy to use. The graphics and user interface are not quite at the level of Gammon Empire or Play 65's but do however offer an pleasurable backgammon experience. The addition of the Hyper Backgammon variant is a worthy inclusion as it gives the site another dimension as I have not previously come across such a feature. A feature I didn't like was when players are forced you to play a minimum of 25 games when in the "Beginners Room" which in my view is unnecessary.

Backgammon Masters Do however offers a great assortment of backgammon tournaments, including daily $500 guaranteed free rolls, high stakes scheduled tournaments. Sadly the tournaments at Backgammon Masters are not as frequent as several other of their competitors.

Backgammon Masters offer a selection of bonuses for new and existing players. The initial deposit bonus is set to a 100% match back of your first deposit up to a maximum of $100 which is one of the best I've have come across, they also have a welcome bonus on top of that, where new players stand to gain either 20% up to $50, or a 100% match back when depositing $50 or the maximum 133% bonus when depositing $75 or more! Not bad for a newbie in the market…

Overall, in time I think Backgammon Masters will put some serious pressure on the market leaders as they do have the potential to be a force in the industry, all I think they need to work on is their software and traffic apart form that everything seemed ok.
